Yes. You can use scheduling, clients, properties, teams, jobs, instructions, photos and field tracking for free. As long as you do not activate automatic invoicing, Cleanyz charges you nothing.
When do I pay?
You pay only when you use Cleanyz automatic invoicing. In that case, Cleanyz takes 1.5% on invoices actually paid. If no payment is collected, no commission is taken.
When does the €49 subscription apply?
The subscription applies only in months when your activity exceeds €1,000 invoiced or 20 invoiced jobs. Below these thresholds, you keep using Cleanyz for free.
If I invoice only €400 in a month, what do I pay?
You do not pay a monthly subscription. If that €400 is collected through Cleanyz automatic invoicing, only the 1.5% fee applies to the amount paid.
If I stop using automatic invoicing, do I go back to €0?
Yes. If you use Cleanyz only to organize your business, without sending or collecting invoices through Cleanyz, you pay nothing.
Why does Cleanyz take a commission on invoices?
Because Cleanyz then directly supports your revenue workflow: automatic invoice creation, payment tracking, online collection and reminders. Our model is simple: we make money when Cleanyz helps you collect money.
Are Stripe fees included in the 1.5%?
No. The 1.5% corresponds to Cleanyz fees. Stripe online payment fees are applied separately by Stripe.
