Frequently asked questions about Cleanyz pricing

Is Cleanyz Pro really free?

Yes. You can start for free and use the business tools without a time limit. The professional monthly fee applies only when the activity thresholds are exceeded. Invoicing commissions remain separate from that monthly fee.

When does the €49 monthly fee apply?

The €49 excluding VAT fee applies only when you exceed either 20 completed jobs OR €1,000 including VAT in completed services in a month. Exceeding either threshold is sufficient.

What happens if activity drops the following month?

Your monthly fee automatically returns to €0 when activity stays below both thresholds. Your business tools remain available. Commissions on actually collected invoices are independent of this fee.

How is monthly activity measured?

Thresholds are based on completed services and their scheduled dates in the calendar month. The monetary threshold uses the VAT-inclusive value of completed services, not invoice payments. Exactly 20 jobs or exactly €1,000 do not trigger the fee unless the other threshold is exceeded.

When is the 0.8% commission charged?

The standard 0.8% commission applies only to amounts actually collected on invoices issued through Cleanyz. Unpaid invoices do not incur a commission. Separate payment processing fees may apply.

Is there an additional charge per team member?

No. Standard Cleanyz Pro pricing does not include a per-member supplement. The monthly fee depends on activity thresholds rather than team size.

Do I need Stripe Connect to use Cleanyz Pro?

Not for ordinary organization tools. Invoicing and payment collection require activation of the relevant services, a compatible Stripe Connect account and the required tax information.

What is included in the free Connect plan?

Connect includes automated scheduling, reservation synchronization, property and team management, cleaner search, instructions, before/after photos, notifications, reports and administrative tracking.

Can I keep my existing cleaning team?

Yes. You can use Cleanyz with your existing team. Logistics subscriptions can then add services such as linen and supplies without requiring you to replace your cleaners.

How can I find the price of my Logistics subscription?

Add your properties in the Cleanyz app and configure beds, linen, desired services and optional extras. Your subscription price is calculated from that configuration and displayed before confirmation.

Does Logistics include the cleaner’s fee?

Cleaner fees are separate from the Logistics subscription. You may keep your own team or select a professional through the Cleanyz marketplace. Included logistics services depend on your selected plan.

Can I try Cleanyz Logistics for 7 days?

Yes, subject to the trial guarantee terms. If you cancel during the first seven days because the service is not suitable, the remaining part of your first monthly fee is not charged. Extra purchases and out-of-plan services follow their own terms.

Is Cleanyz Logistics available throughout France?

The Cleanyz app is available in France, but physical logistics services have specific coverage areas. If your city has not opened, you can submit your properties to contribute to its opening quota. No logistics subscription or payment begins before service activation.
